Freight Tracking
Freight companies are responsible for lost or damaged merchandise during transit but can only be claimed if you retain the shippers tracking information
We will email you the freight tracking number when we ship your product
You will need to email us photos and damage description for us to process freight damage claim

Freight may require signature for delivery

International Orders
International orders require additional shipping time as all
international freight must go through the customs clearance
process

Damaged Items
If your product(s) was damaged in transit, please contact the freight company immediately
You will need to provide them with a photograph & description of damages within 24 hours so that they can process your claim.
Any product that was damaged in shipping will be replaced with identical product ordered

Return Policy

All returned merchandise must be in original condition and include all package contents (cords, cables, instructions, etc.)
